Orders to Canada and the US are being sent via FedEx and come with a tracking number. Due to the strike please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to be updated.
Overseas shipments are being sent via Stallion Express (APL and PostNL).
If you would prefer an alternative shipping carrier UPS and DHL are available at an added cost.
Please note customs and duties are not covered by me. Make sure to research your country’s policies before purchasing.

Return Policy
All garments are final sale however all pieces come with a fit guarantee, meaning I will remake or alter your piece at no extra cost if it isn’t quite right.
In the case of a fit issue, simply scan the QR code in your package to submit the fit issues you're experiencing. Any issues, I'll remake or alter your piece at no extra cost to you. You can also email me at info@proofcanada.ca.
The fit guarantee is valid for 30 days after the delivery of your garment
Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of purchase date.
