Shipping:

Free tracked shipping on all orders worldwide.

All orders are sent via Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS and include tracking. 

Orders sent outside of Canada and the US may be subject to taxes and duties upon entry. These are calculated by your country's customs office and are not covered by me. Please make sure to research your country's import policies before ordering.

Shipping Timelines:

Ready to Wear: Made to order. Ships within 6 weeks of ordering.
Couture: First fitting ships within 3 weeks of submitting your measurements. Entire process approximately 10 weeks. 

USA Information:

For my US clientele, you will not incur any additional duties or taxes at this time. My pieces are protected by the CUSMA trade agreement and I'm shipping DDP with a third-party courier who will hand it off to USPS for final delivery. Please note your tracking will not update until USPS has your item - this can take 3-4 business days. 

Returns:

Couture

All couture pieces are final sale, come with a 100% fit guarantee and one-year warrantee. 

Ready to Wear

No refunds. You can exchange any size chart item within 18 days upon receipt of the garment. Exchange for another size, colour, or store credit. Please note I do not cover return shipping. All items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags in tact. Blended sizes are final sale. 

Return costs are at your expense. I recommend using a tracked service to ensure it reaches me safely. Please make sure your parcel is clearly marked as a return. Email info@proofcanada.ca to get the exchange process started.
