Free tracked shipping on all orders worldwide.
All orders are sent via Canada Post, FedEx, or Stallion Express and include tracking. Customs and duties are not covered by me.

US orders ship Tarrif Free:
As of April 2, 2025 the $800 de minimus still applies to Canadian imports, meaning all Proof items shipped to the US remain tarrif-free.

Shipping Timelines:
Ready to Wear: Ships within 2 weeks of ordering.
Couture: First fitting ships within 2 weeks of submitting your measurements. Entire process approximately 10 weeks.

All couture pieces are final sale and come with a 100% fit guarantee and one-year warrantee.

No refunds. Made to Measure is final sale, however each piece comes with a 100% fit guarantee. Any issues, I'll remake or alter your piece at no extra cost.

You can exchange any size chart item within 18 days upon receipt of the garment. Exchange for another size, colour, or store credit. Please note I do not cover return shipping. All items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags in tact.

Return costs are at your expense, I do not offer free returns. I recommend using a tracked service to ensure it reaches me safely. Please make sure your parcel is clearly marked as a return. Email info@proofcanada.ca to get the exchange process started.
