Why are you archiving these collections?

This collection is being archived as I step into a new era of bridal and couture. It's been such a privilege to create these pieces for you over the past five years, and I'm so excited to make these final ones for your wardrobe. 


Will I be still be able to exchange my garment after the archival date?

Yes! The full exchange policy will still apply once you receive your garment, even after the archival date. I'll still be here to make sure you end up with a piece you love - I'm just switching gears and transitioning to a new chapter. 

When will orders ship?

Everything is made-to-order, which allows for a more flexible and inclusive sizing system. I’m currently on an 12-week pre-order for Ready to Wear, meaning your piece will ship within 10 weeks of ordering. 

Will these pieces come back in the future?

No, these pieces will not return in their current form. You’ll own a unique piece from this chapter of Proof, which is so, so special and I’m so grateful to each of you for being here.

Are payment plans available?

Yes! You can pay in 4 via Sezzle at checkout, or I offer a split in 3 option for all items. For split in 3, you choose your split with a deposit due and the remainder due before I cut into your final piece. Minimum 25% down. For this option, please email me and I’ll set you up with custom invoicing! 

What are your Shipping and Returns policies?

You can exchange any size chart item within 18 days upon receipt of the garment. Exchange for another size, colour, or store credit. 

Please note I do not cover return shipping. All items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags in tact. No refunds. Blended sizes are final sale. 

To initiate an exchange, please email info@proofcanada. I recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe arrival. Kindly ensure your parcel is clearly marked as a return.
